I think it must've originally been a mobile game, with the option to "rate this game" at the end of each level. However, it has some strange charm. It's a top-down stealth game with only a couple actions, using a flashlight, dropping bombs, and then detonating them. However, there are a few twists that are thrown into the mix that actually somewhat keep it fresh. There are laser turrets that circle around, enemies that are unkillable that require using the bombs as diversion, and enemies that look like scientists that have different behavior in terms of how they spot you (I never entirely understood this, unfortunately). Lastly, the challenges for each level may give you a little extra mileage out of the game. If you had to prioritize which ones to do, the challenge for not killing any enemies in a level is by far the best, and will encourage you to alter you playstyle the most. P.S. Here's a trick: though you can't detonate bombs while on one of the blue save points in the maps, you are invulnerable while standing on it. You can't be spotted, no matter how many enemies are swarming around you and shining flashlights on you.
